At AZ Manual Physical Therapy, we offer various manual therapies including soft tissue/joint mobilization/manipulations, and compression therapy to achieve one or more of the following goals:

Therapeutic Exercise

Exercise that involves movements prescribed to correct impairments, restore muscular and skeletal function and/or maintain a state of well-being.

Neuromuscular Re-education

Exercise that trains (or re-trains) your muscles, your brain, and the nerves used for them to communicate with each other to improve movement, strength, balance, and function.

Sport Specific Rehab

Exercises that are specific to your sport, recreational activity, or work goals.

Therapeutic methods may include, and are not limited to, mechanical traction, ultrasound, taping, compression therapy, and shockwave.
