About
My Beliefs
Here are my core beliefs about healing the body, and about how we show up for one another.
Healing Starts with Being Heard
I believe people heal better when they feel seen, understood, and genuinely cared for. Listening isn’t extra, it’s essential. Your story matters, and it guides everything we do.
The Body Is Designed to Heal
Your body isn’t broken, it’s adaptive, resilient, and capable of change. When we understand what’s actually driving pain and support the body the right way, healing becomes possible.
Treat the Root Cause, Not Just the Symptoms
Quick fixes have their place, but lasting results come from addressing the why behind the pain. I believe in connecting the dots and creating care that actually makes sense for you.

Hands-On Care Matters
There’s real value in touch, in presence, and in slowing things down. Manual therapy, combined with the right tools and movement, can create meaningful and lasting change.
Movement Is Medicine
How you move affects how you feel. My focus is helping you move better, not perfectly, but confidently, so your body can support the life you want to live.
Quality Over Quantity
One-on-one, intentional sessions allow for deeper understanding, better outcomes, and a more meaningful experience.
Honesty & Trust
I believe in being real with my patients. No overpromising, no dragging things out, just clear communication and a shared goal of getting you better.
Whole-Person Care
Pain isn’t always just physical. Stress, lifestyle, and daily habits all play a role. I believe in looking at the full picture, not just the injury.
Respect for Every Individual
Every person who walks through the door deserves to feel valued, respected, and comfortable. Different backgrounds, experiences, and goals are welcomed and honored here.
Growth & Curiosity
I believe in continuing to learn, evolve, and bring the best possible care to my patients, blending clinical skill, hands-on techniques, and evidence-based treatment.
At the core of it all, I believe in caring for people the way I’d want to be cared for; with attention, honesty, and intention.
